Dear Jackie -

Thank you for the amazingly quick sale of our Parsippany home (5 weeks, 6 days to be exact).

This past December we were told by another realtor to wait until spring to list our house. We sat through hours of a boring, tedious sales pitch as to why we should list with them. Well, when we met you we were caught up in your enthusiasm and optimism. You never pushed us into listing with you. You simply stated the facts in a very short period of time. You told us that the house will sell if we price it right in today's market and that there is no reason why we shouldn't put the house on the market even if it was close to the holidays. We remember you saying that people want to be in their new home by spring, not start shopping in the spring.

Before we knew it you were taking pictures of the house to put on the internet and we immediately started recieving calls to show the house. Once we recieved the offer you and your wonderful staff did so much to help us since we were living 75 miles away and couldn't always be in Parsippany. Benny plowed our driveway after the big storm; Nancy met with inspectors, made sure that an electrician and plumber got to our house the same day when we needed them. We were very pleased with Bernie Schulte as our lawyer and thank you for giving us his name.
